Letham Pools are just across the main A92 road from Letham.  Until a few years ago, they were drained, but the pumps were switched off, creating pools either side of the minor road from Letham to Bow of Fife.  They attract large numbers of wildfowl, and if the water is low enough to expose mud, migrating waders use the site.
